Tianjin Sun Investment Group Co., Ltd. (NEWSUN) is a private-owned group company, which was admitted by Tianjin Municipal government. Based on industrial business, oriented by capital investment, guaranteed by HR labor and supported by technical patents, NEWSUN is mainly dealing with investment in high-tech industry, public utilities, healthy assessments and technological lands.

NEWSUN's precedent company, Tianjin Sun Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., was one of the earlier “Energy Technology Service” companies and thus brings the concept of “Energy Service” from overseas. After decade year's development, NEWSU was granted ISO-9001Certificate by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) in 1999. NEWSUN has got 37 independent patents and innovates on 100 products and has undertaken many research tasks assigned by national or municipal government. NEWSUN was honored as “top 100 private Enterprise” by municipal government in 2003, 2004, 2005, and was granted municipal R&D center in 2004. 2006, NEWSUN was honored as “postdoctoral station” by National Ministry of Personnel of P.R.China.

The main Subsidiary company under NEWSUN---Tianjin Sun Energy Technology Company completely merged Tianjin JINSHUI meters company which was entirely national company, hold by Tianjin municipal Water supply group. This M&A was finished by two steps respectively in 2006 and 2007. And it opened new record in Chinese private capital purchasing National utility company with century years history and also became the first case of state-company reorganization in Tianjin . As consequence, Sun Energy became one of the top manufacturers in utility meters in China.

The other subsidiary company---Tianjin Sun Science & Technology Development Company, invested in Tianjin Jinghai Development Area in May,2004. Cooperated with Tianjin governmental science committee, constructs “ Tianjin hi-tech achievements transformation base ” , which is the first one gathering all the scientific and technological achievements in city. And it is based on the technological land, driven by newest achievements, improved by the privilege policies.

The third son company---Tianjin Neo-Class Health Administration Investment Company is devoting to developing Chinese health industry. Her first project---Tianjin Neo-Class Specialized Health Assessment has been inaugurated in April, 2007 which is characterized by professional experts, excellent service and experienced management. Neo also provides clinical examinations to medical organizations, downtown and suburban through her another project---Tianjin Neo-Class Independent Medical Examination Laboratory. All that show Newsun begins her first step into Chinese Health Industry, and is aiming to occupy the head position by high initial point, high investment and so well by taking chain business and brand as profit patterns.
